You may return or exchange if:

  1. Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  3. Item is unused and in original condition with complete packaging.

Not Accepted For:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Used or damaged items caused by the customer.
  3. Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
  4. Discounted or promotional items.

Return Shipping Charges:

  1. If the return is due to our mistake, we cover the shipping cost.
  2. If due to other reasons, customer bears the shipping cost.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 3 days.
  2. Send clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Upon approval, we provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the product to our address.
  5. After inspection, we issue a refund or replacement.
